We strongly encourage booking an appointment in advance via WhatsApp (+60 19-788 8362) to reserve dedicated consultation time with your preferred doctor. Walk-ins are welcomed, but consultations remain subject to daily doctor schedule availability.
Yes. Hessa Clinic is strictly a doctor-led practice. All clinical skin diagnoses, prescription treatments, laser therapies, and injectable procedures are personally evaluated and performed by MMC-registered medical doctors holding certified credentials including MOH LCP-AMP and MAC.
As a private aesthetic dermatology and specialized skin practice, Hessa Clinic operates on a non-panel direct-pay basis. We accept major credit/debit cards, DuitNow QR, online bank transfers, and cash. Official itemized medical receipts are provided for all visits for your personal records or eligible health tax relief.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for brief registration. We recommend bringing a list or photos of your current daily skincare regimen, active topical products, and any oral medications you take. If possible, attend your consultation without heavy foundation so the doctor can assess your bare skin condition clearly.
